Strategic Appointment Enhances Claims Leadership and Operational Efficiency

HAMILTON, Bermuda, June 10, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Vantage Group Holdings Ltd. (Vantage) is pleased to announce the appointment of James (Jim) Gunson as Chief Claims Officer for the group's insurance operations. Jim will report to Alex Blanco, CEO of Insurance, leading Vantage's claims organization focusing on innovation, efficiency, and exceptional service.

In his role, Jim will lead claims strategies that emphasize Vantage's commitment to its policyholders, ensuring claims are handled efficiently and fairly. He will use his extensive experience to drive initiatives leveraging Vantage's core data, technology, and analytics capabilities. Additionally, Jim will prioritize cross-functional coordination, supporting the company's brokers and clients.
